Refund policy
This policy covers the one-time US$2 / 20-match pack, US$6 / 24-hour unlimited VIP and US$20 / lifetime unlimited VIP. None is a subscription. Operator: Mike Johnson. Product support: [email protected].
1. Seven-day unused-purchase guarantee
If a purchased pack or VIP pass has not been used for any successful gender-filtered match, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days after that purchase. We will arrange an eligible refund through Waffo Pancake. This seven-day guarantee is separate from any statutory rights.
2. Other eligible remedies
A billing-error duplicate charge is eligible for a full refund. If credits or VIP access are not delivered, the paid feature is materially defective or discontinued, contact us for a refund or another appropriate remedy. Using the purchase removes only the voluntary unused-purchase guarantee, not mandatory rights or remedies for a defective, missing or misdescribed product.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your Waffo Pancake order reference, purchase date and a short description. Do not send full card details. You may also use the help or refund option shown in the provider receipt or order page. SayHey handles product questions and submits or supports eligible refund requests; Waffo Pancake processes payment refunds under its applicable buyer terms.
4. Browser-data loss
All purchased credits and VIP access are tied to the anonymous identity in the current browser and are not automatically restored after changing devices or clearing site data. Keep your receipt and contact support if this prevents access. We will assess delivery and any available remedy; loss of local data does not remove statutory rights for non-delivery, defects or misdescription.
5. Effect of an approved refund
Waffo Pancake generally refunds to the original payment method where possible; timing depends on the provider. For a pack, full refunds revoke its remaining credits; partial refunds revoke the corresponding proportion rounded up. For 24-hour/lifetime VIP, a full refund revokes only that pass; a partial refund retains access until the original deadline (or with no expiry for lifetime). A delayed or duplicate notification cannot reactivate refunded rights. Other paid purchases and an unexpired female new-user trial remain unaffected. A refund does not restart or extend the trial.
6. Consumer rights
