Terms of service
SayHey at https://sayhey.party/ is operated by Mike Johnson, an individual operating under the laws of China. These Terms govern the chat service and optional Advanced Matching purchases. By using SayHey or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18, have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy at https://sayhey.party/privacy/, and may enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service and delivery
SayHey is a web-based digital service for anonymous one-to-one random chat with text, images and uploaded videos. It does not offer live voice or video calls. Unfiltered random matching is free. When paid checkout is available, Advanced Matching credits or VIP access are added to the anonymous identity in your current browser after the payment is confirmed and the order is synchronized. No physical product is shipped. Availability and the time needed to find a compatible user vary.
2. Anonymous identity and security
Chatting does not require a public real-name account or password. Your browser stores an anonymous identity and purchase recovery information. You are responsible for activity from your browser and for keeping access to it secure. Do not share purchase recovery information. If you suspect unauthorized use or lose access to a paid purchase, contact [email protected] with your order reference. We do not verify nicknames or declared gender.
3. Acceptable use and safety
Use SayHey lawfully and respectfully. Do not send sexual or nude content; content involving sexual exploitation of minors; non-consensual intimate images or deceptive impersonations; threats, harassment, fraud, spam, malware or unlawful material. Do not infringe privacy or intellectual property, share someone else’s personal data or images without permission, evade safety controls, or use chats to solicit transfers, loans or purchases. You may stop a chat and report suspected misuse to [email protected]. Conversations are not guaranteed to be monitored.
4. Your content
You must have the rights and permissions needed for what you send. You keep your rights in your content and grant SayHey only the limited permission needed to transmit and display it to the other participant. The recipient may copy, save or share material they receive; we cannot recall their copies. Do not rely on a stranger’s stated identity or promises.
5. Matching credits and VIP passes
The three one-time offers are US$2 for 20 successful filtered matches, US$6 for 24 hours of unlimited filtered matching from payment confirmation, and US$20 for lifetime unlimited filtered matching. See https://sayhey.party/pricing/. Only successful filtered matches spend pack credits, even if a conversation ends quickly. Failed or cancelled searches and unfiltered matching consume none. Pack credits stack. Separate 24-hour passes have separate, potentially overlapping periods; purchases do not extend another pass. Unlimited access preserves credits. New users with a self-selected Female profile receive all VIP features free only during the first 48 hours after their anonymous identity is created. Refreshing or changing gender does not restart this period; existing identities use their original creation time. After the free trial or a timed paid pass expires, another active paid VIP pass or remaining credits applies; without either, the filter locks and unfiltered matching remains free, under the same rules as for male users. Changing gender or trial expiry does not remove paid purchases. Matching results and waiting times are not guaranteed.
6. One-time payment; no subscription to cancel
Each Advanced Matching purchase is a separate, one-time transaction. We offer no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up, so there is no recurring payment to cancel. By completing checkout, you authorize Waffo Pancake, the merchant of record, to charge the final amount shown before payment, including any applicable tax and currency conversion. Waffo Pancake handles checkout, payment-related support and transaction refunds under its applicable buyer terms; SayHey supplies the app feature and product support. We do not store full payment-card details.
7. Validity, ending use and suspension
Pack credits and lifetime VIP have no time-based expiry. Lifetime access lasts while SayHey continues providing the paid feature; it does not promise perpetual website operation. A day pass ends 24 hours after confirmed payment and refresh/reopening does not extend it. All purchases are tied to the anonymous identity in your current browser; clearing data, private browsing, changing browsers/devices or losing that identity can make access unavailable. No automatic account-based or cross-device restoration is provided. Keep your receipt and contact [email protected] for help. Clearing local data does not request a refund or delete backend records. We may restrict misuse or access required by law. If the paid feature is discontinued, contact us for an appropriate remedy under the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.
8. Refunds
If a purchased pack or VIP pass has not been used for any successful filtered match, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase. Used packs/passes are outside that voluntary unused-purchase guarantee. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, defects and mandatory consumer rights remain eligible for review regardless of use. Waffo Pancake processes refunds. Full refunds revoke only that purchase; partial refunds revoke pack credits proportionally, rounded up, but do not proportionally shorten or revoke an unlimited pass. 9. Billing questions and disputes
For a missing balance, suspected duplicate charge or other billing issue, contact [email protected] and provide the Waffo Pancake order reference, purchase date and a short description. Do not send full card numbers. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate; this does not restrict your right to contact your bank or Waffo Pancake. We aim to acknowledge billing reports within two business days and to resolve confirmed errors as promptly as the payment provider permits.
10. Privacy and data
Our Privacy Policy at https://sayhey.party/privacy/ explains browser storage, backend records, analytics and support data. Waffo Pancake processes payment and billing information; our server retains limited order records but not full card numbers, billing addresses or buyer emails. Clearing browser data does not remove a recipient’s copies of chat content or automatically delete backend records.
11. Availability and responsibility
We provide the service as available and do not promise uninterrupted access, a match, or any particular result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability arising from SayHey is limited to the amount paid for SayHey purchases during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that law does not allow us to exclude, including remedies for a digital feature that is not delivered or not as described.
12. Changes, resolution and contact
This version applies prospectively from its effective date and does not remove rights attached to earlier purchases. We will post material future changes on this site at least 14 days before they take effect and notify users by email where we have a usable contact address. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. For service, billing, refund, safety, privacy or legal questions, or to try to resolve a dispute informally, contact [email protected]. Applicable mandatory consumer law continues to apply.
